For a period of 30-days from the date of sale, Burners Incorporated will, at its option, repair or replace any part which, upon examination, inspection and testing by Burners Incorporated is found to be defective under normal use and service, in accordance with the warranty schedule included with the defective product (if applicable). Any part that the purchaser/owner claims to be defective must be returned to Burners Incorporated, along with a Burners Incorporated - Returned Goods Authorization form. All transportation costs under this warranty, including the return to Burners Incorporated, are to be borne and prepaid by the purchaser. This warranty only applies to items sold directly to the purchaser by Burners, Incorporated. Proof of purchase required.
The following will apply to the return of any product to Burners, Inc. under this warranty:

The product must be found by Burners, Inc.'s inspection to be defective in workmanship or materials under normal use and service to be eligible for a warranty claim.
The final disposition of any warranty will be determined solely by Burners, Inc.
If inspection by Burners, Inc. does not disclose any defect covered by the warranty, the product will be returned, scrapped, repaired, or replaced as instructed by the purchaser and Burners, Inc.'s regular service charge will apply. Product's returned to the customer will be sent shipping charges collect.
